TIFF’s Tribute Awards ceremony is the pinnacle of elegance and celebrity during the annual Toronto International Film Festival.
As the organization’s biggest fundraiser of the year, TIFF turned to Makers to elevate their 360° event strategy. Our producers took on everything from production strategy, event logistics, and decor, to program content and talent management, even introducing an outdoor red carpet for the first time
Our goal? To craft an ambiance that was newsworthy and unforgettable.
This project showcased our Live Experience, Entertainment and Content team’s production strengths melding perfectly into one amazing experience. And when this hard work is recognized on the global industry stage as award-worthy, it makes every ounce of effort worthwhile.
Working closely with TIFF and all of our incredible production partners, we levelled this year’s event up while supporting the Viola Desmond Fund, which supports Black female storytellers and programming for Black audiences.
