Mastercard didn’t have a central location where customers could explore their benefits; all information was spread between various disjointed sources. Convinced of the value in having a single, navigable hub, Makers first concepted and prototyped numerous interfaces to catalog benefits. After deciding on a framework, Makers then led app build out, handling everything from coding to content capture. The end result is the first-of-its-kind World Elite Benefits app, which gives cardholders the ability to learn about their benefits in immersive augmented reality.
