Kohler needed to speed up the production of eCommerce assets for platforms like Amazon and other online retail marketplaces, while maintaining high visual quality and accuracy across a massive product range.
Our Approach
We partnered closely with Kohler’s internal team to understand their technical and creative needs, then led a global vendor search and vetting process. We created a pilot program with six partners, testing renders, budgets and turnaround times.
To ensure the best fit, we developed a system and scorecard to evaluate performance on speed, communication, and adaptability. Once down to two final partners, we stress tested them based on how well they integrated into Kohler’s existing workflow.
Emphasizing transparency and alignment throughout the whole process, we ensured every partner clearly understood the goals, expectations, and standards required to be part of this transformation. After the final assessment, one supplier was awarded the work and formally moved through Kohler’s procurement process—setting the foundation for a new, scalable content pipeline.
